Wood Fencing comes in a variety of styles and sizes.  Many companies only offer one type of wood and at a low cost. At Frontier Fence Company we offer two choices of quality wood grades to fit the needs of your budget.

Cedar has a natural resistance to wear and decay, is naturally insect and bug repellant, and is naturally resistant to moisture and humidity.  Because of Cedar's natural resistance to moisture absorption it does not have the tendency to twist or split like some other wood types can.  Cedar's average lifespan is about 15yrs and untreated it will age to a silver color.   

After you have your official estimate completed and you confirm your project via our website or a signed copy of the Estimate emailed, faxed, or mailed to our office we will convert your estimate to a work order and get you on the schedule.  We then call Digline to have them mark out the utilities that may have underground lines running through your yard.  (It takes Digline on average 3 days to notify all utilities involved to mark your property). On the day we come out to your property to begin your project the posts will be set. We like to allow the concrete to set for about 48hrs. While your posts are setting one of the guys will build your gate frame(s) at the shop and have that ready for your installation day.  On installation day we will put up all your boards, hang your gates, and complete your fence.

Average Installation time from Post Set to Full Install: 2-4 Days (Depending on how busy our installation crew is.

Staining:

If you have the staining option typically we like to allow your fence to weather for about 2 weeks prior to staining.  In order for the staining application to work properly it must be at least 50 degrees outside, no wind, and no precipitation in the forecast for the next 48hrs.  

Pricing varies dependant upon height, type of posts used, and the style of fence. Average price range is around $18 -$28 per foot.
