Looking for a journeyman chain link and/or wood fence installer with 5+ years of experience. Must be able to install various types of chain link fencing and/or wood.
Type of fencing include but are not limited to:
Residential Chain Link
Commercial Chain Link including installation of Barbed Wire
Slatted Privacy Chain Link (Commercial & Residential)
Dog Ear Cedar
Board on Board
Custom Wood Fences
HOA Specified type fencing
The right candidate will train along side the owner of the company to take over the Chain Link and/or Wood install Crew so that he can focus on other aspects of the company.
You must be able to read instructions and write legibly on work orders.
Work well with others.
Work hard and stay busy.
Must be reliable!
Valid Driver’s License and Clean driving record a must!
Ability to lift 50 +/- pounds repeated throughout the day.
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather until the project is completed or unless there is a safety risk.
Must be able to recognize and handle safety hazards.
Ability to use common sense safety practices.
Must be able to provide quality professional work, recognize issues and address them at first notice.
Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with customers and fellow employees.
Starting pay will be $15/hr with potential to go up to our hourly cap of $17/hr upon proven skills.
Benefits will start the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.

The Company pays for most of these benefits and any employee deductions will be explained in your benefits enrollment meeting.
You will also be provided with company t-shirts and hats in the early season and Hooded sweat shirts, long sleeve shirts, and winter hats toward the later part of the season.
Aside from benefits other ways to increase your pay come in the form of potentially being provided a cell phone paid for by the company and our annual profit sharing. Profit sharing is based on company performance and is then broken down by crew performance followed by individual performances. If the whole company profits, then our employees profit. Profit checks are issued toward the end of the season…typically end of November or early December.
Our atmosphere is business first but generally fairly laid back. There is a zero tolerance Drug & Alcohol policy on company property. There is a mandatory 4 to 8 weeks break in the winter so that we can tune up our equipment/trucks and prepare for season close out. The length of the break is determined by the weather.
We also have company BBQ’s, gatherings, and an annual Christmas Dinner hosted by the Riverside Hotel.
